Empty Property Checks

Once a week we will call at your property and check that
no windows, doors, grilles or security gates have been
tampered with.  We will check that al the services, eg
gas, water, electric and sewage are functioning properly.
We will also flush toilets, air the rooms, water plants and
empty post boxes before we leave.  Any problems will be
reported immediately to you by email or telephone,
using your pre-arranged contact details
