Holiday Change Overs

We will thoroughly clean the bathroom, including all
sanitary ware and the floor, checking that there are loo
rolls available.  In the kitchen we will clean the cooker,
sink and all surfaces and appliances.  
We will check that all pots and pans are clean and that
all perishable food is thrown away.  
The fridge will be cleared.

We will spray pest killer when necessary.
In the bedrooms the beds will be stripped and freshly
made up, drawers checked and the room cleaned.  
The dirty sheets will be taken away and washed, dryed
and ironed.

All mirrors will be cleaned.  
The lounge will be thoroughly cleaned and left in order.  
All floors throughout the property will be scrubbed and
the balcony/terrace/patio brushed.  

We will also leave an emergency contact number.

Added extras:
We can meet your guests with a key, launder the dirty
sheets and towels, supply a welcome pack of essentials,
clean garden furniture and act as an emergency contact
during their stay. Gas bottles can be refilled or replaced,
